I recently installed a 5kW on grid solar system with Phoenix Solar Solutions (Private) Limited, and I would like to share my excellent experience with their team. At the beginning, when I first thought about installing a solar system, I contacted Mr.Akmal. Instead of simply sending a price list, he first asked about my current electricity usage and future expectations. He clearly explained whether installing a solar system would actually benefit me based on my situation. This honest and professional approach gave me great confidence in the company. Later, Mr.Chandima visited my home and conducted a very detailed feasibility study. He even used a drone to get a clear view of the roof and surrounding area. After the inspection, they provided a comprehensive proposal document with all the necessary details clearly explained. Once I accepted the proposal and made the payment, Mr.Sanjeewan and his team carried out the installation very neatly and professionally, using high-quality materials throughout the process. The documentation and coordination with Ceylon Electricity Board were also handled smoothly. Mr.Himesh visited our home, collected the required signatures, and managed the process with the CEB office. After the CEB team changed the meter, the Phoenix team activated the solar system. All communication and updates were managed through a WhatsApp group created by the company. Honestly, there was almost nothing for us to do everything was handled professionally by the Phoenix Solar team. They also monitored the system for some time after installation to ensure it reached optimal performance. Their service quality and after-sales support are excellent. Whenever we have questions, we can simply ask in the WhatsApp group and they respond quickly.
